If people are questioning the rocket engine technology of India and if underestimating it they must not forget that India have very sophisticated rocket launchers like PSLV and GSLV though they are for space programs but their engines can be used for Surya missile,.........so India is having technology of making a Inter Continental Ballistic Missile having range from 10,000km to 18,000kms.
